Lauren has come to my rescue often. She's helped me get my Internet connection working again, she's helped get our computers up and running again after a complete failure. Any problem that I have ever had she has taken care of right away. Whether it be a computer or accounting question she has always had the answer. She has helped me both on the phone or in person. Last year when my partners computer crashed we had her come and help us get the system up and running again. Since then she has helped us switch to a Mac from a PC.
